Nourishment and wellness come together at Persimmon Bistro, sharing the beautiful gardens of Bow Sanctuary. At Persimmon, we believe food can be an experience that awakens the senses, brings people together in community, and invites us all to pause and appreciate the moment.
Persimmon bistro offers a variety of thoughtful breakfast and lunch bites, made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Our well-curated selection of Asian, English, and herbal teas is sure to delight. Enjoy a small pot for yourself, or share a large pot with friends. We also offer a full selection of espresso drinks, and French press coffee.

Presented by the Port of Skagit at the La Conner Marina, Skagit Farm to Pint Fest Celebrates Local Craft Beer, Growers, and Producers Craft beer enthusiasts and food aficionados unite!
Chef Christy Fox of Persimmon Bistro at the Bow Sanctuary will be creating 500 bites with a Certified Pommelier west of the Cascade Mtn.Range-Alma Cider.

Our menu is local first, seasonal, and very creative. That means that it moves and changes with the energy of the season. Below are some staples you will usually see, but we refresh our menu board daily so you’ll have to wait and see what the day will offer.
